Application Patching

Our system ensures that common apps like Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Firefox, Chrome, Java, etc are all regularly patched and secure.

Data Protection / Disaster Recovery

Regular offsite backups of critical systems is highly important in todays threat landscape.  Our system performs regular offisite backups (with an option for a hybrid local copy).  Backups are securely transmitted and stored.  Backups are automatically tested for viability, to ensure confidence that your data is available in the event of a disaster.  We're able to backup Windows, Apple, Linux and virtual machine level backups.

Apple Monitoring & MDM

Our system can also monitor Apple Mac and iOS products including system health monitoring, and patch/update management.

Network Management

We use networking products from Ubiquiti and SonicWall, and remotely monitor the functionality of those devices 24/7.  We ensure that all devices maintain the latest firmware updates, and are performing to their highest abilities.

  3. Email Continuity: Mail Assure provides email continuity services, ensuring that organizations can access their email even during server outages or downtime. It acts as a backup email system, allowing users to send and receive emails when their primary email server is unavailable.

  4. Email Archiving: The solution offers email archiving capabilities, helping organizations store and retrieve emails for compliance, legal, or backup purposes. Archived emails are easily searchable and accessible when needed.

  5. Multi-Layered Security: It employs multiple layers of security, including real-time threat intelligence, machine learning, and behavioral analysis, to protect against evolving email threats.
