Warranty Support
Dealing directly with the manufacturer can really be a drag. If you ever need warranty service, we'll deal directly with the vendor so you don't have to. Some vendors offer onsite service, so the repairman can come directly to your location for repairs. Don't want some stranger showing up at your door? Just bring your equipment to us and we'll have them perform the repair at our office.
If the warranty covers parts only, then we'll perform the repair for you at no additional charge during your warranty period.
Depot Repair is another potential method for warranty coverage. During your warranty period, we'll facilitate shipment to and from the repair depot.
Recycling
If you purchase a computer from us, we'll recycle the computer its replacing at no charge. This includes secure destruction of the hard drive to ensure your personal data stays out of the hands of nefarious actors.
